Africa Trip, Day 8
We took it easy today since the African sun kind of took a toll on us yesterday. We took a chapa (a tiny bus) into the city (about 3 km), did a few errands and had lunch at our friends' favorite restaurant - Samar. It has free and relatively fast WiFi so we hung out for much of the afternoon looking at the interwebs.
I took this photo on the chapa ride back, close to sunset. When you get off, you pay 7.5 meticais (less than 30 cents) to the cobrador, which translates to conductor in English.
