Welcome to the One/Day Project

Here you will find hundreds of photos that I've taken every day since 2/29/2008. I reached my initial goal of making it to leap day 2012 (after 1462 photos), but I'm still going - the new goal is to make it to Monday, 2/29/2016.

Every photo in these galleries is a unique creation from that day. My intent is to create art, and I've taken great care to create most of these photographs. In addition to not uploading simple snapshots, I try incredibly hard not to repeat myself.

Please enjoy, and feel free to comment. Like the shot? Give it a thumbs up. Really like it? Buy a print or digital download.

Thanks for looking!

Reflections
Windows at Aria reflect the twin leaning yellow towers next to it.
Eiffel Tower
The tower as viewed from below. It's well worth the $12 or so to ride to the top.
Trump
Now where did I put my casino? If only I'd put my name on it...
Disorienting
Have you ever seen so much glass? It's ridiculous. I counted three people out on the balconies.
Little Circle, Big Circle
The fountain at the Bellagio as seen from way above in the Eiffel tower
Octagonal Pool
Snapped a photo of these folks enjoying the pool from high above in the Eiffel tower.
Looking Down
The one thing we paid money for (other than food and drinks) was the trip up to the scale-model Eiffel tower at Paris. The viewing deck had little holes in the floor, so this is a photo out of one of them... it's pretty high up.
I specifically write 'scale-model' instead of 'fake' because this version of the Eiffel tower seems to be a completely self-standing structure, even though the bottom 'legs' actually go inside of the casino. But yeah - it's a real structure, nothing fake about it. It's just not the original.
Surveying
A very lavish viewpoint at the Venetian. I was surprised to hear how much of a rip-off the little gondolas are.
Wedding Flutes
Aww, matching champagne glasses for the bride and groom.
