Welcome to the One/Day Project
Here you will find hundreds of photos that I've taken every day since 2/29/2008. I reached my initial goal of making it to leap day 2012 (after 1462 photos), but I'm still going - the new goal is to make it to Monday, 2/29/2016.
Every photo in these galleries is a unique creation from that day. My intent is to create art, and I've taken great care to create most of these photographs. In addition to not uploading simple snapshots, I try incredibly hard not to repeat myself.

At the end of a extraordinarily exciting and entertaining NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament, Louisville (red) defeated Michigan (yellow) 82-76. It just happened about an hour ago!

Flew into Tucson today, ate at Casa Molina. Delicious. This red light was in a little alcove near our table.

![__01/23/13__ Sea Knight Interior
This photo shows the inside of a CH-46 Sea Knight helicopter, which is on the flight deck of the USS Midway. This floating museum has gotten some rave reviews and I had high hopes - it did not disappoint. I spent the entire day there, learned a ton, had a great time. And I still managed to miss some things.
I really like this photo with the way the red seats stand out against all the gray metal. It's also fun because I'm pretty sure one of my cousins flew these aircraft, but I can't remember for sure. Will have to check on that...

This photo shows the inside of a CH-46 Sea Knight helicopter, which is on the flight deck of the USS Midway. This floating museum has gotten some rave reviews and I had high hopes - it did not disappoint. I spent the entire day there, learned a ton, had a great time. And I still managed to miss some things.

![__01/11/13__ Leaf on Asphalt
Saw this leaf on the bike path as I rode home on this very cold (for LA anyways) afternoon. I got a ways down the path before I told myself "hey Jonathan, it caught your eye, you should go back and take a photo of it" and I did.
Is it some sort of maple leaf? I feel like yes, but I'm not positive.

Today's our 4-year wedding anniversary and I'm sick as a dog. At least I was healthy over the weekend while we vacationed and celebrated Thanksgiving at Big Bear Lake. Given my state of feeling awful, I haven't yet uploaded daily photos from that trip, but I have some good ones.
This is a decongestant that I took earlier today. i dont' think it did anything. Hopefully the Nyquil I just tooke whill beb beettlerjlak. ws
