Dead Flower

Didn't have much time to shoot today, but I thought this dead *?*?* flower was interesting. I searched for a good 30 minutes online to try and figure out what kind of flower/plant it is, but I didn't have any luck. I know they are labeled in the botanical gardens, so I guess I'll figure it out tomorrow. They're quite lovely when they're in bloom.
