Kerckhoff Hall at UCLA.
The photography conditions were great - clearing storm in the late afternoon. The seal of the University of California is the middle relief. The owl represents wisdom and the lamp represents... enlightenment? I don't really know for sure, but it would fit with UC's motto - "let there be light".
