Pretty Flower
12/20/08 Pretty flower I found on the side of our house. It was growing upside down under another plant and I almost didn't see it. Had to get pretty creative with the lighting, but I think it turned out rather well. See it from another angle here. EDIT: Thanks for all the comments! It is indeed a fuchsia flower, thanks for the tip Hillary! Tatiana - I used a diffused on-camera flash and a remote flash bounced off the ceiling for the lighting. The flower was being held up with a clothespin, which I photoshopped out of the frame. I should take a pic of the setup next time, I just never remember until I've already put everything away!
