Palisades Park Panorama
2009-04-23
I watched a demonstration of Photoshop CS4 for photographers today, and I was inspired to play with the improved panorama feature. This is out of character for me - almost every photo I post is in the original dimensions, even if it's cropped. I'm impressed with the result though - this is a pano of 5 shots taken hand held with my compact SD400. After work I rode my bike to Palisades Park in Santa Monica and took a few sets for a potential panorama. I'm not sure if this is really my favorite, I haven't gotten to the other ones yet, but it's time for bed, so this one wins as the daily. I do like the non-standard angle though.

on April 25, 2009Cool shot- love the perspective. It's almost disorienting as your eye travels the length of the fence.

on April 24, 2009Very cool. I love pano's and have done lots and lots of them. They are underappreciated in my view.
