Yellow Glass
2009-08-10
When we were in Seattle on Friday, we learned that glass art is huge there. We tried to go to a glass studio that has live demos, but we were too early - I guess the glass-blowing folks aren't early risers. Later in the day, we bought a few glass "pebbles" that we're going to try and hang on a window somewhere. This is one of them - it was pretty dull sitting on a surface, so I propped it up so I could light it from the back. I used a spiral notebook to brace it - that's why the bottom had to be cut off.
