Mega

Tonight we went with some friends to Mariasol for my birthday, which is a Mexican restaurant at the very end of the Santa Monica Pier. The atmosphere was fun, the food was good, and their margaritas were quite mega. I wasn't sure what to expect when I ordered the mega margarita, but it was quite large, towering over a normal margarita in this iPhone photo. I didn't have much to work with in terms of light so I went for an interesting composition, made possible by the 3Gs' ability to focus closely.
