Flying Rose

I spent waaaay too much time on this photo. This is one of a couple hundred I took, with most of them having the rose out of the frame or out of focus. It was fun for the first hour or so :)
I took an old dried rose and held it with a flashlight so that it was illuminated from above. I set the camera to a slow shutter speed and rear flash sync, so I got the light trails and was still able to freeze the rose. Now I have to clean up, because we have company arriving tonight and he needs a spare bed, not a makeshift photo studio.
