Expansion
2012-02-28 Today would be the end of Year 4 of my One/Day Project, except that it's leap year, so it will end tomorrow. That was the point from the beginning, though - leap day to leap day. Can you believe it? Four years. I do have something planned, but it might get rained out... stay tuned. Today's photo was supposed to be a honey bee on a cherry blossom. It was my first daily photo ever, and I paid tribute to that by taking a similar bee-on-flower photo on 2/27/09, 2/26/10 and 2/24/11. This year was a bust - there were no bees! Very sad. But I walked around the botanical gardens anyways, and I got this photo of a cycad frond. I actually took a photo of the same plant last year, but I like this one better. [last year] one of my best, for sure...
