Reichstag Dome Interior

And now we're in Berlin! We visited the Reichstag building this evening - an imposing government building completed in 1894. Like many (most?) buildings in Berlin it was destroyed at the end of WWII, but was restored in the years after the 1990 reunification and topped with an amazing glass dome. It's pretty hard to explain, but this is a view looking down from inside the dome. In addition to the dome itself, there were amazing views of the city in all directions from the roof.
