Muonionalusta

Today I went on a tour of the UCLA Meteorite Collection in its new gallery. This polished section was one of the coolest that I could get a good photo of. According to the website: Muonionalusta is a IVA iron meteorite [found in Sweden in 1906] that formed in the core of a melted and differentiated asteroid.
