Watching

Now we're in Paris! And in Paris we shall remain for a few days before heading stateside.
We spent a lot of the day at Notre Dame, a gothic cathedral you just might have heard of.
It was amazing to see from the outside, inside, and especially from on top, where I took this photo of the seemingly-bored gargoyle. We had to wait for an hour in line, but the chance to climb the bell towers and see the view (and gargoyles!) was well worth it.
