The Snow Queen

Today was the 3rd Edible Book Festival that I've photographed. This was one of my favorite detail shots. The dishes were inspired by The Snow Queen and featured blue rice! The precision of drawing the face with seaweed is pretty remarkable! So much work goes into these incredible edible books.
