Big Bear | Nov 2012
Our annual Thanksgiving/Anniversary trip this year was to Big Bear Lake, about 2 ½ hours away in the San Bernardino Mountains. It was a pretty low-key trip, with no big hikes or major sight-seeing. It was fun to be in the mountains, and I had a lot of fun taking photos of the lake at sunrise and sunset.
As usual, everything is geotagged, so click Map This to see exactly where all of this stuff was.

Arrowhead Dock On our way back home, we stopped by Lake Arrowhead, just because. There was a lot more emphasis on shopping there, so I'm glad we didn't stick around too long. I imagine this dock is much more utilized in the summer. On this day, there was an empty canoe and these 3 guys in the distance - all other spots were empty. Also, there were tons of ducks.
