Sand Waves
2011-11-27 Death Valley, Day 5 After a lovely three days of touring around Death Valley NP, we headed home. On our way out, we stopped by the Mesquite Flat sand dunes, right near Stovepipe Wells. The place was crawling with photographers, much like Zabriskie Point was. My wife and I headed off in a direction that no one else was going so we could find some pretty sand with no footprints.
