Macadamia Nut Hilo, Hawaii Apparently this is a macadamia nut. They fall from the tree ripened and have to be harvested largely by hand. The husk is removed and the nuts inside are sorted by size. Next, they are crushed with 300 lbs of force - the hardest nut to crack. After that, the meat is roasted and then turned into the various products. I can definitely recommend honey roasted. I'm not quite sold on wasabi and teriyaki. But you can try them all!
