Visited Boston, MA and Newport, RI during a trip to Fairhaven, MA for a wedding. We stayed in Providence, RI. Got it?
In Boston we walked the entire Freedom Trail, seeing all the historical sites. In Newport we toured 3 mansions, although it was raining too hard to get any photos of the first one. Both days were incredibly overcast, so don't look for any pretty skies in these photos.

Old South Meeting House
Lots of important meeting happened here in Revolutionary times. Sadly you have to pay to go in, although it's really neat to think about the people who met here and what they talked about. It's easy to take the Revolution for granted when you were born in the 1980s and live on the West coast.
