2011-03-02 Spayed SETUP As you can see, I bounced the light from my off-camera flash off the white foam board, but I also used on-camera flash to fill in the shadows a bit. I didn't put a blocker for the curtains because I wanted their color to come out in the background, but I ended up pushing the background to black. The lily is clothespinned to the container to hold it upright, and the napkins provided a few extra inches so I didn't have to bend over as far to get the right angle.
